As a member of our clients QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring
that software design conforms
to customer requirements and product release criteria.


Responsibilities will include:
§ developing test plans for product releases
§ creating and executing test cases for functional testing of the VoiceXML
platform and
various customized VoiceXML applications
§ preparing and executing various types of load tests
§ working closely with our System Integration and Development team
to identify, reproduce
and track defects
§ involvement in various phases of the software development cycle to
enable an early
detection of discrepancies
Mandatory Qualifications:
§ A degree in Computer Science/Engineering with a top-notch academic
record
§ A minimum of 2 years software QA related working experience
§ Excellent knowledge of QA test methodologies and practices
§ Good understanding of the overall software development process
§ Experience in developing and executing functional load test plans
and test cases
§ Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
§ Working knowledge on Linux, Solaris and W2K
§ Experience in hardware, OSs and software installation on various
platforms
§ Self-motivated, pro-active, dynamic team player with a positive attitude

§ Good analytical, problem solving and judgment skills
§ Knowledge or work experience with telephony systems and/or VoiceXML
programming
is beneficial
§ Experience with DBMS and other high level programming languages:
C/C++, Java, JSP,
Perl is preferred
