Our client is in need of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative
to respond to customer inquiries,
resolving non-technical customer issues and proving both re& post sale
information for their full
product line of computer products. Incoming calls will be in both
English and French.

Requirements

- Fluently Bilingual (French & English)
- Able to work rotating 8 hour shifts between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
- 2Years related experience
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills and enjoy dealing
with customers over
the phone
- Familiarity with the Internet, computer hardware and operating systems
would be an asset.
