I have 10+ years managing multi-project initiatives (through the entire
Project Management Life Cycle) in an e-business, as well as, a
traditional-business (bricks & mortar) work environment.

I managed e-Business Projects for the "9" financial services
companies of the Emirates Bank Group. My client portfolio also included
several e-government organizations, as well as, multinational
corporations.

Project Management:
1. Project managed development of PDA, Mobile and Internet banking
functionalities:
- Development of additional functionalities (Payments & Transfers)
within the existing Internet (online) Banking Service;
- Development of "Push" (Pre-defined alerts received on the mobile)
services for Mobile Banking. Alerts in lieu of banking conducted
through the branch or Internet.
- Development of PDA Banking (Functionalities; Accounts, Payments &
Transfers).

2. Project managed a major e-banking (meBANK) initiative of the
Emirates Bank Group:
e-banking
- Development of online delivery of Accounts (current and savings),
Deposits, and Loan (personal and vehicle) products;
- Deployment of Internet Banking accessible through web site and branch
self-serve PCs;
- Deployment of Mobile and PDA banking.

e-media
- Procurement/Deployment of ABMs;
- Procurement/Deployment of Information Kiosks;
- Creation of e-learning (Retail Banking Products and Services) modules
for
Kiosks;
- Procurement/Deployment of Plasma Screens to run infomercials;
