Technical Specialist (Technical Analyst)

Skills Profile:

•Minimum – four years experience performing similar application/technical
or architect role.
•Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
•Good communication skills; oral and written.
•Experience of Java/J2EE and Java architecture
•Familiarity with legacy mainframe systems.
•Complete lifecycle development experience of component based solutions
using OOA and OOD.
•Knowledge and experience in using the Rational Unified Process and
UML is preferred.
•Knowledge and experience in developments using Websphere.
•Good understanding of database systems.
•Previous team leadership experience would be an asset.
•The ability to plan and organize effectively.
