Opportunity
Due to recent growth and planned further expansion, our client is sing
a Data Integration Programmer
to design new systems and maintain our existing applications.

Mandate
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the core responsibilities
of the position are to:
- Translate requirements for applications on our website into effective

middle-ware components
- Translate requirements into effective programming designs and API
interface
specifications and render them ready for inclusion into production
systems
- Oversee the movement of the system through development, testing
and
production systems
- Support the source and object code base of the organization
- Store and update the source code of each project
- Select programming methods and tools for increased productivity
- Liaise with programmers to determine interface requirements for
front end
websites and for back end data sources of their designs

Qualifications
This position requires varying degrees of expertise in:

- Microsoft SQL and/or IIS Server, SOAP, COLD FUSION or ASP.NET, FLASH,

Visual Studio or Dreamweaver, SQL data language, data access and
stored
procedures, Java, CGI
- Fundamentals of relational database design and the application of
relational
concepts
- Knowledge of object oriented programming techniques and of graphics
and
website programming tools for user interface designs
The ideal candidate will be a highly creative and self-motivated problem
solver with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
