| Job summary
The qualified individual will be responsible for working with a team
of System Engineers performing
maintenance, management, and security checks within the clients datacenters.
At times individuals
will be sent to customer sites to setup server environments designed
to host client applications
outside their or datacenters. The two data centers consist of 150 +
servers and host
ASP applications to clients. You must be Customer focused and willing
to treat our clients
employees as if they are your
customer.
MUST HAVE:
.Net environment framework 1.0 & 1.1 Experience

Time does not allow for on the job learning. Our client host their
ASP application software from
geographically replicated datacenters and are a Microsoft Certified
Gold Partner.
You must be an expert in:
o Supporting a .Net environment framework 1.0 & 1.1
o Microsoft-based Internet server administration (Windows 2000 and
2003)
o Installation and setup of Microsoft Exchange 2000
o TCP/IP networking protocol of Administration, security, troubleshooting,
issue tracking,
reporting and documentation
Windows 2000/2003
Common TCP/IP services, such as DNS (MS and Bind), DHCP, FTP, and
SMTP
o Server setup, configuration and maintenance
o Backup, Restoration and disaster planning of Terminal services
o System performance tuning, monitoring and planning of system resources
o MS IIS 5.0/6.0 in depth knowledge a must
Minimum 2-3 years working experience in a Microsoft web hosting environment
as
a systems engineer or equivalent.
