Due to recent growth within our clients company, they are sing an
In-house
Technical Support Representative to work with their Systems Administrator
to provide assistance
to their internal team.

Mandate:

Reporting to the Systems Administrator, the core responsibilities of
the position are to:

- Resolve or escalate desktop/workgroup related problems or requests
from internal staff
- Support a variety of operating systems, hardware, software, e-mail,
maintenance and
internet protocols
- Execute assignments related to the implementation, operation and
support of most aspects
of the computer and infrastructure systems.
- Set up, install and configure desktop hardware and software
- Provide initial point of contact for technical issues

Qualifications:

1 - 3 years experience with the following:

- Microsoft Operating Systems 95-98 /XP / 2000 / 2003
- Microsoft Office 97/ 2000 / XP (MS Office end user support)
- McAfee Antivirus
- PC Anywhere
- Citrix ICA Client
- Internet Explorer
- HP Laser Jet Printers
- TCP/IP Networks
- Various hardware and Software Troubleshoot Skills
- Configuration and Imaging of New PC'S (Ghost)
- Symantec Act

Undergraduate degree or College Diploma in Information Technology or
related field
Forward/Innovative thinking
Highly motivated and self-directed
