The Network Analyst will provide 2nd and 3rd level support and problem
resolution for Help Desk,
Desktop Services, Production Services and Theatre Support. This includes
delivering resolutions
to hardware, software, network and security related issues, participating
in defining
specific network operating procedures and maintenance policies to achieve
optimum network
performance, and ensuring adherence to network and operating policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Identify potential network issues, research and perform cost-benefit
analysis based on industry
standard platforms and applications, followed by feasible recommendations
and/or solutions
