These are the requirements. All candidates must have the specified

requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of professional software development in one or more
of
the following languages:

C++, Java, C
Minimum of 3 years of Professional development in the following:
HTML (4.01 or above)
JavaScript
PHP (4.0 or above, 5.0 is a PLUS)
ASP (3.0 or above. .NET is NOT a substitute)
T-SQL or PL/SQL

Minimum of 3 years doing network administration duties with one or
more of
the following Operating Systems:
Windows 2000 or NT, Linux or Unix

Be proficient and professionally experienced with Linux or UNIX. Recommended
3 years minimum.

Minimum 4 years experience working with Database Design and Development

with MS SQL Server(big plus), Oracle, DB2, Sybase or MySQL.

Must have FLUENT English at business level.
Must have worked minimum 3 years with either Microsoft IIS or Apache
Web
Servers.
Must have held at least one team leadership position in their career
(management experience would be ideal).
Must have proven, SUCCESSFUL experience with Research & Development.
(Important!!) Must give an example of researching a new or unknown
technology and implementing it professionally)
Must have fairly strong network fundamentals (TCP/IP, BOOTP, DHCP,
SMTP,
POP3, IMAP, DNS Firewalls)
Must have basic PC Repair skills (i.e. can fix a corrupted Windows
Install
if required or set up a new server with basic configuration)
Must have experience with the full software development cycle (Basically
from planning stages to burn-in testing completed)

Wise to have but not necessarily critical:

Should be familiar with formal development methodologies but not necessarily
a requirement.

Should have good negotiation and communication skills.
Should be familiar with formal Business Requirements Gathering
Should be familiar with formal testing methodologies.
Should be familiar with Visual Basic 6.0
Should be familiar with Access and VB Script
Should be familiar with J2EE
Experience with XML & XSLT

Nice to Have's

Familiar with Mac OS 9 or X
Familiar with Lotus Notes (Developer or administrator)
Familiar with Tivoli Backup System
Experience with Rackmount servers
Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux OS
Experience with Managed Antivirus Servers
