| Our client is s ing talented detailed-oriented web developer that
is able to work quickly, efficiently
and accurately. This highly motivated team member will work with various
teams in the planning, design,
and production of web applications who can manage multiple projects
and deadlines in a fast paced,
team oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review business and functional requirements
- Provide development estimates
- Lead or participate in design and development of ASPX applications
- Strong scripting and web development skills
- Strong database and connectivity skills
- 2 - 3 years experience in web development and authoring at code level
- Experience developing dynamic web sites (e.g.. PHP, MySQL, ASP, net
etc)
- -Experience with content management solutions
- Experience with XML based publishing
- Strong project and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and optimization skills
- Experience with Windows, Linux, UNIX and Mac systems
- Maintenance and support (including on-call) of applications when
required
- Additional responsibilities as required
Assets:
- Knowledge of one or more of the following internet services: domain,
E-mail, digital certificate,
DNS etc.
- Development experience with apache web servers
- Familiar with templating toolkits and web application frameworks
Interpersonal Skills:
- Self motivated with an exceptional amount of creative as well as
productive energy
- Excellent time management skills to meet demanding timelines
- Excellent planning and documentation skills
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency to deliver projects/tasks in
a timely fashion
- Excellent command of the English language.
