| We are looking for 5 x Short-term System Administrators for several
short-term (1-2 months) system upgrade and application migration projects:
Responsibilities:
- Follow the instructions to upgrade system software, i.e. W2K -> W2K3
- Follow the instructions to migrate system software, i.e. E2K -> E2K3
- Follow the instructions to migrate system software, i.e. SQL Server
- Provide technical support for Windows and Windows-based applications
- Provide help desk support
Requirements:
The position requires a minimum of 3 years system administration experience
in Windows environment plus knowledge of the following:
- Windows 2000 and 2003 Server and Windows 2000 Professional and XP
Professional
- MS Exchange 5.5/2002/2003
- SQL 7/2000
- MS Exchange 5.5/2002/2003
Familiarity with the following products and technologies is also an asset:
- Unix/Linux
- Lotus Notes
- Oracle
The candidate will also have:
- Completed the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
- Strong customer service skills and teamwork orientation coupled with
enthusiasm, energy, and self-motivation
- Experience with 2000/2003 Server
- Experience with MS Exchange Server
- Experience with MS SQL Server
