ensuring the timely resolution, referral and follow up of user reported
Information Technology concerns.
The IT process includes clients, desktop applications, telecommunications,
network server
administration and transactional database applications administration.

Requirements
- Must be fluent in French and English
- Must be skilled in PC hardware / software operating systems
Network fundamentals, Novell Netware, MS NT server
and workstations and UNIX.
- On a rotating basis you will be required to carry a pager
- Must have a community college diploma or training in computer technology.
