| - Acts as front-line contact on all project-related issues
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with various stakeholders
(Business Units, IT Management, project team members, vendors, etc.)
- Plans and schedules tasks for assigned projects
- Provides direction and assigns tasks to project team members
- Monitors individual and team progress
- Ensures project deadlines and deliverables are met on time and with
quality
- Conducts project status meetings with project team and/or business
units
- Controls magnitude and scope of changes required to planned deliverables
- Determines the impact of changes to planned deliverables and variances
from project plan/schedule
- Modifies project plan and/or resource allocation as appropriate to
meet
scheduled completion dates
- Resolves and/or escalates issues, as required
- Tracks project time used against budget and addresses variances,
as required
- Performs project post-implementation analysis
