TeleServices Representative

Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer calls regarding orders and customer
service issues. Enter orders received by fax or mail from all NavPress
customers including individuals, churches, Navigator staff and trade accounts.
Solve customer service problems regarding shipping errors, damaged products,
backorder, etc. Provide accurate information to customers and handle caller's
request in a timely manner. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as
assigned.

Qualifications: Basic/Up to High School diploma or GED. Good computer skills,
good people and phone skills, detail oriented. Less than 1 year experience
needed in telemarketing or customer service.
