·Analyze and Trouble shoot network and System
·Effective daily communication All System Users

Qualifications:
·Proficiency in Windows 95, 2000, XP
·Proficiency in MS SQL, MS Access, Microsoft Excel
·Internet Explore Setting and Outlook
·Analytical with attention to detail
·Ability to multi-task and work within restricted deadlines
·Proven excellent written and oral communication skills along
with an excellent telephone manner
·Works well in a team environment
·Strong sense of urgency
-Must be fluent in French and English
