| As a proactive member of the IT Department, your role will be to assist
in the
development, establishment and use of sound quality assurance standards
and processes. In working with multiple cross-functional teams, you
will be
responsible for performing software verification/validation of all
new systems,
systems module and capabilities, reports, defect fixes and other enhancements
to the technology environment prior to their promotion to the UAT
(User Acceptance Test) environments.
A university and/or college graduate of computer science, you also
have
formal training or experience in quality assurance management techniques,
audit and review techniques, acceptance and regression testing techniques,
automated testing tools and project management. A good understanding
of
systems development life cycle and related quality concepts coupled
with a
proven ability to identify test conditions and develop comprehensive
test
plans from functional specifications will ensure your success in this
role.
Additionally, you have a sound understanding of client server as well
as
familiarity with PeopleSoft and associated products and tools.
