| Responsible to the Manager, Merchandise Services - Planning and Reporting
for co-ordinating and developing test processes necessary to implement
business software; optimizing merchant processes and workflows, improving
business efficiency/ effectiveness. Identify and document the test
strategy
and plan.
The qualified candidate will have:
Post-secondary education in Business and/or IT. Exceptional communication
skills and strong negotiation skills Software experience using Word
and Excel,
knowledge of Visio and Access beneficial. Attention to detail. Strategic
and
analytical thinking skills Excellent leadership skills, ability to
work within tight
schedules with a minimum of supervision. Experience in the development
of
