| US-GULF STATES: CONSULTANT - Peoplesoft Sr. Functional Analyst
Minimum ten years information technology experience with increasing levels
of responsibility. Minimum of three years experience with PeopleSoft HR
products. Required skills, PeopleSoft 7.5 HR required, PeopleSoft 8.0 HR
desired, Experience in PeopleSoft implementation required,Experience with
PeopleSoft configurations required, Business Process Re-engineering
methodologies and principles, Understanding of the Software Development
LifeCycle, Excellent organizational and communication skills, Project
leadership and mentoring skills.
Senior member of the Peoplesoft Personnel Implementation Team.
Responsibilities will include performing Requirement Elicitation/Elaboration
activities, PeopleSoft Fit/Gap Assessments, PeopleSoft configuration and
mapping functional requirements to PeopleSoft HR product. Coordination with
PeopleSoft Implementation team members to ensure functional requirements are
allocated appropriately to product to provide best technical solution.
Additional responsibilities will include mentoring other junior and/or mid
level PeopleSoft functional analysts
