| Deliver IT Best practices, tools, and services to your peers in Information
Services and make a significant impact on the development of
excellence throughout the organization in this important role. Reporting
to the CIO, you'll take leadership of defining priorities, recommending
and implementing practices and tools that increase Information Services'
ability to provide solutions to the business. You'll help IS management
and staff leverage shared technology components, such as MKS and
Websphere, and IS tools, such as Fileaid and Designer, and manage
IS shared services, such as training and recruiting, to ensure c
onsistency and achieve economies. Managing and developing a staff
of senior technical information systems professionals is another important
component of this role.Your background in project management and
experience with both application development and environment support
have made you a natural leader who creates momentum and quality results.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Four years of IT management experience.
-Demonstrated project management skills
-Knowledge of development methodologies, process development, IT training.
-Broad knowledge of application development, operations, tools, and
IT best
practices.
-Broad knowledge of data communications and security; network hardware;
operating systems and protocols; mainframe through desktop hardware
and
operating systems software.
