As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for working with your
clients
to identify and understand their business needs, proposing solutions
based
upon your intimate knowledge of the client’s environment, and leading
a project
team to build and deploy the ERP or CRM solution. You manage a mid-size

team of consultants and senior consultants on complex projects to ensure
the
successful completion of deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

-Manages a minimum of 1 complex project (+200K), with 3 to 5 rapid
projects
(<200K) that are moderately complex - simultaneously.
·Manages all aspects of delivery including project initiation, planning,
scope
management, client management, change requests, customer satisfaction

and profitability, with little supervision.
·Understanding and documenting in a functional specification the client’s

business needs.
·Ensuring success of project by driving day-to-day operations through
the
application of prescribed project management principles and methodologies

including managing the budget and tracking ongoing project profitability.
·Preparing and management of project proposal/charter document and

Statement of Work.
-To perform risk assessment quantification, response planning and control;

communicate risks to Project Sponsors and to develop mitigation strategies
·Identifying and negotiating changes in project scope
·Interacting with Project Sponsors on a regular and timely basis; accurately

provide all necessary inputs for project review process
·Generating new consulting opportunities with your client base
·Pre Sales Exposure: High – could be called upon to help close business
in
new sales

Job Requirements:

·You have at least 8 years practical experience with a major consulting
firms
or business solutions firms, developing business requirements and
functional
specifications for mid-market to high-end ERP applications and/or
CRM
applications.
·6 years previous Project Management experience.
·You are passionate and energetic about what you do and how you service

your clients. You possess a strong drive for continuous self-improvement

and learning.
· You have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal:
clear,
concise and error-free. You can communicate concepts and details to
both
the client and the development team.
·You bring a solid understanding of business analysis techniques.
·You are comfortable GAAP concepts and can document and communicate

complex accounting issues to your clients.
·Prior experience as a Senior PM or Business Analyst working on ERP
and/or
CRM projects.
·You have the ability to initiate and develop new business opportunities.
·You are highly professional with clients and colleagues, an energetic
team
player.
·You are a self-starter, who can manage your own time and the commitments

you make.
-You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and view change

as a positive.
·You are willing to work in an environment where income is affected
by results.
·You have earned or are actively working toward completion a recognized

professional degree (CA, CMA, CGA, MBA) and will complete such within

the average designated time required for the specific designation
sought.
·You are comfortable working from the client site and are willing to
travel for
extended periods
·Has a solid understanding of the principles surrounding Solution Selling
and
incorporates them into work activities. Communication and build lasting

relationships with Senior Executives.
