As a Project Analyst you will assist Project Managers in driving successful

projects via various activities such as monitoring schedule, tracking
budget
and coordinating project tasks. You will conduct business analysis
to assist
in software development and meet with stakeholders and clients to identify

needs. This is accomplished through preparing and writing business

requirements and functional specifications according to internally

established methodology. You will be responsible to work with application

development staff to determine and generate functional solutions and
review
technical requirements in terms of their relevance to the functional
solution.
You will also ensure quality of project implementation, including accurate

user implementation documentation exists and ensure the client is aware

of the implementation method. By participating in data conversion and

business integration projects you will assist clients in identifying
conversion
gaps and documenting solutions. Other responsibilities include, researching

solutions for clients needs and assist in preparing estimates as well
as
resolving conversion issues.

You have a good understanding of record-keeping systems in the financial

industry. Post Secondary education is a requirement and completion
of
IFIC Operations/ Sales or equivalent courses is an asset. You demonstrate

strong communication skills, both verbal and written and have proven

analytical and organizational skills. Your ability to work effectively
in a team
setting is critical.
