| Reporting to the Vice President of e-Business & Enterprise Applications
you will
provide administrative support to the project management team within
eBusiness & Enterprise Applications. Your responsibilities will include:
preparing
project-related reporting requirements such as minutes, presentations,
and time
sheet reports; assisting project managers in the creation and maintenance
of
project documents. You will also be required to track project-related
expenditures
and create monthly report of budget variances; coordinate processing
of
project-related invoices; attend project and management meetings, record,
track,
and follow-up on action items; coordinate meetings and other project
and team
activities; liase with vendors and any other administrative duties
as required.
Your working knowledge of project management lifecycle and terminologies
combined with an excellent knowledge of MS Office applications including
Work, Excel, MS Project and Powerpoint, make you an ideal candidate
for
this role. You also posses good knowledge of the financial services
industry
and working knowledge of Internet related terminology.
Well organized with a focused, detail-oriented approach to completing
tasks,
you have proven time management skills and the ability to work well
under
pressure with multiple deadlines. You also posses excellent written
and verbal
communication skills and are willing to work overtime as required.
