You enjoy being part of a company large enough for career opportunities,
yet

make a difference. We have an e-Business project underway that requires
a
Programmer. This project involves a major web development initiative

(using WSAD, Websphere, and MQ Series) to integrate with the mainframe

PMS application. Reporting to the Manager of Application Delivery you
will
be a key member of the team doing implementation in J2EE. You will
be
expected to carry out all the implementation related activities including
unit
tests and integration tests to enable the development of a high quality

application.



Responsibilities

-Implementation of business applications using J2EE.
-Programming in Java and JavaScript from designs in UML
-Writing test classes for unit testing
-Execute unit tests and integration tests

Requirements
-Knowledge of J2EE and a general awareness of design patterns and UML.
-Knowledge of relational database architectures, data modelling, and
SQL.
-Knowledge of Internet and Web technologies including HTTP, HTML,
TCP/IP, etc.
-The ability to work in a fast paced, cutting edge technology environment

where meeting deadlines and commitment to quality are of paramount

importance.
-A flexible and adaptable team player that is service oriented.

Education

-A three year college diploma in computer related field or equivalent
experience.
-Certification in Java Programming preferred.
