| You will assist in various aspects of relationship management of customers
according to the product support guidelines, such as updating and
maintaining conversion implementation schedules and ongoing service
schedules, participating in customer meetings and conference calls,
and
monitoring quality of service across a pre-defined set of customers.
This
would include: developing and refining system specifications in conjunction
with the clients, developers, and the relationship manager; participate
in
testing and documenting system modifications when necessary; assist
in
producing quotes for system modifications; assist in auditing the set-up
of
new client environments; organizing meetings where required; responsible
for and complete projects on a timely basis.
You will also be responsible for providing first-line support for customer
inquiries that come in via telephone, fax, mail, etc.; responding to
customer
queries on the system, by researching issues, compiling documentation,
providing training, and performing other appropriate action; monitor
internal
response to customer issues and follow-up with the customer.
Your minimum of five years experience in the investment fund industry
is
complemented by your experience with FundSERV/ESG processes.
Experience with Seg Funds, LSIFs, and/or GICs are an asset. Your proven
track
record in dealing effectively with people internally and externally
is combined
with your strong written communication skills. You are able to work
effectively
in a team setting and you have excellent organisational and analytical
skills.
College/university degree and/or completion of IFIC Operations, Sales
or
equivalent, IFIC Seg Funds, CSC courses are also an asset.
