We are currently s

ing a Technical Support expert to join our Support

Services Group. This candidate will be responsible for supporting our

software applications on site. Software installation, support experience,

training users and report maintenance is a must. The candidate must

have Systems Analysis and report generation experience including SQL

and Crystal/Access reports.

Must be proficient and have Experience with the following:
- SQL
- MS Access
- Crystal Reports
- Perl
- MS Windows Server Environment

The candidate must reside in the Greater Toronto Area.
