We need a Business Analyst or a Systems Analyst looking to take on
more
responsibility, to take a lead role in the analysis of needs for the
claims side
of our business.

You'll be responsible for capturing business requirements for new systems

development and to support the evaluation and selection of commercially

available products. The Business Analyst will translate requirements
into
analysis models for handover to the technical team.

You’ll also develop business process models as Claims processes are

re-engineered to take advantage of new application capabilities.

You’ll manage analysis artifacts throughout the project life cycle,
ensuring
the quality of delivered products to meet requirement specifications.


Skills Profile:
-4 yrs. experience in Systems or Business Analysis
-Experience of Systems and/or Business Analysis processes
(RUP/UML preferred)
-Demonstrated ability in Use Case modeling and development or other

structured visual modeling techniques
-Demonstrated ability in analysis (JAD, interviewing, requirements
capture).
-Demonstrated ability in testing & documentation techniques.
-The ability to plan and organize effectively.
-Ability to lead analysis activities
-Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Experience using the IBM Work Bench Integrator tool or other Business

Process modeling tools would be an advantage.
-Knowledge of the Property and Casualty insurance industry
(and particularly Claims processing) is desired.
