- Recruitment for Project Managers, Proposal Managers, Project
Co-ordinators and Client Services
Managers
- Preparation of monthly metrics reports

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to effectively
deal with individuals at various
levels
- Knowledge of project management, planning and project life cycles
(someone who has followed the
developer – project manager career path) (nice to have)
- Detail oriented, highly organized, shows initiative, must be
able to maintain meticulous records
- Results oriented – chasing down tasks and following up with
stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Experienced in MSP, Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Web Technologies / Client Server an asset
- Knowledge of Mainframe Technologies -
Cobol/JCL/Oracle an asset
