Our client, A successful software company, is currently looking for
a permanent
Technical Specialist Customer Support.

In this position the incumbent will manage software implementation
projects
through all stages of the project. This will include executing project
plans,
coordinating approvals and sign offs, defining objectives, scheduling,
and
preparing test plans. The position involves project management combined

with customer service. Prepares, monitors, controls and is accountable
for
project schedules, and progress. Identifies and resolves problems.

As a dynamic, well-spoken individual, you are dedicated to providing
outstanding
customer service, have a knack for details and thrive on working in
a
fast-paced, demanding environment.

must be able to travel throughout North America.

- Several years of progressive experience managing significant project

implementations in a software development environment;
- Previous experience within utility sector preferred but not mandatory;
- PMP certification and/or post-secondary education with a business
or
computer science major is an asset.


Competencies and Skills:

- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service;
- Superior oral, written and presentation skills are required;
- Solid knowledge of PM methodologies;
- High level of problem solving and analytical skills;
- Strong business acumen;
- Keen attention to detail and highly organized.
