Our client, A successful software company, is currently looking for
a permanent
Technical Specialist, product implementation.

An enthusiastic, team oriented individual, dedicated to providing outstanding

customer service, have a knack for details and thrive on working in
a fast
paced, demanding environment.

Key duties and Responsibilities:
- Define and analyze client business requirements; interpret and apply
information
within the scope of the project;
- Work closely with Conversion Specialist to achieve smooth transition
of data;
- Configure control forms with business rules within the software to
allow clients
to conduct their business processes;
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve client issues throughout

the implementation process;
- Work closely with the Project Manager to support the client through
all
phases of the conversion project;
- Review and interpret computer code; making recommendations if necessary.

Experience and Education:
- Previous experience with a utility company is an asset
- Post-secondary education in a technology-related discipline or equivalent

work experience is an asset
- 2+ years of programming experience
- Project management experience is an asset

Competencies and skills
- A strong understanding of object-oriented languages such as Visual
FoxPro;
C++ or Visual Basic is essential
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with Business Process Review is an asset
- Experience with Crystal Report is an asset
- Outstanding oral and written skills and telephone manner are required
- Some travel is required.
