| Our Client, a global enterprise software company for Business Performance
Management, providing
customers worldwide with the core financial and operational solutions
and service to improve their
business performance in real time- is looking for a Senior Systems
Analyst.
Provide technical project leadership for Business Performance Management
project.
Perform complex application design tasks within appropriate schedule,
task, and quality guidelines set
in conjunction with the manager of the project.
Accountability:
· Lead analyzing information & business process requirements
to design, map, and/or implement
system features and functions to meet the requirements for
an entire project
· Define and measures application usability and quality
· Make application level design recommendations based on business
analysis
· Develop & execute unit, integration, migration and system
test plans for multiple integration modules
· Recommend and address potential problems and deviations from
project plan at an early stage.
Evaluate and recommend alternatives and related risk to the manager
and arrive at best
recommendation for a solution.
· Identify, recommend and drive business reengineering processes
in all phases of project
· Provide solutions for special reporting requests
· Consider application usability from customer viewpoint
Skills:
· Expert knowledge of OLAP Server ie..Essbase, integration
engine, and related financial
management analytical tools, ie Analyzer and Excel add-ins
· Good understanding of relational database
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SQL server, Microsoft Access
VB scripts
· Excellent understanding of Web reporting and delivery method
· Excellent knowledge of multi-dimension views of data
· Excellent written and verbal communications
· Ability to function and lead in a team environment
· Basic project management
· Basic understanding of design and coding techniques
· Basic knowledge and understanding of the relevant technologies
and platforms
· Working knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques
Experience:
· Successfully implemented Essbase model, and built reports
using analytical reporting tools
· Developed Integration between a ledger system to Essbase
· Position requires a B.S. in Accounting, Information Systems,
or related field; or equivalent
training and work experience to B.S. degree. Distributed
