You'd better focus on what I wrote instead of what you wrote.

Jobs would have never gone to India (or China) if those countries did not
have cheap currency like they do.

The trends I'm reading about indicate that the movement of jobs to India
and China is going to slow down over the next few years. There is a
serious move in our government to put tariffs on imports from China
(because their products are undervalued). The arguments are all very
complex and there are a lot of special interests at work, but more
economists have changed their minds about globalization in the last 2
years and I expect major adjustments to be made. You cannot have
commercial activity continuously evolve in a direction where productivity
continually improves so that workers are always laid off (China has a
growing unemployment problem and over production of goods that have to be
exported [their catch 22]) and that over production is continuing to
expand and where will they sell that stuff. The rest of the world is
finite. The rest of the world can't expand its money supply to feed
China's continuous limitless expansion. Train wreck ahead someday soon.

So is the rest of the world.

There are only a few big box stores. There are a lot of small box stores.

Even so for employers. There are only a few big corporations that have a
lot of employees. Most people in the US work in one of a very large number
of small companies. You can open any telephone book and look at the yellow
pages and prove this to yourself.
