HOW is it ludicrous? Citizenship is not a natural law, but a man-made
one - just like casteism.
The citizenship by birth for a child of "outcaste" immigrants, is just
like the caste of an inter-caste marriage - not completely the equal,
since the child does not have the right to have his/her family with
him/her. That makes the child a "low" caste with fewer rights than
others.
The analogy is apt, your attempts at obfuscation notwithstanding.
