Apparently there is an issue in California with Infosys Technologies not
paying imported computer workers overtime wages that they are due. Infosys
not only outsources work to other countries but imports workers with work
visas as well from India and other areas. The re is a concern as to whether
these workers are not being compensated properly for the hours worked. If
you go to http://www.lawyersandsettlements.co...nfosys_overtime there
is more information on this as well as what can be done about it. There is a
free case evaluation provided for those who might have had this issue. I
thought this might be of interest and hope that it may be of help some.
