I'm looking for something like ArbBroker (created by welldonesoft, but not sold anywhere). It must find real surebets at Betfair fully automatic. And it must place the necessary bets fully automatic, too. It has to be very fast, so it can also find and use arbitrages that are lasting for under one second.

The software has to work for itself (of course it must be possible to manually set preferred bets and so on). It must find the real existing arbitrages/surebets ("back all" under 100 and/or "lay all" over 100 percent), even if the profits are small. And it must be free to use at these exchangers, i.e. without any API-costs etc.
