Description :
We are looking for a company or coder to develop a huge sports portal the critical issue is we need the portal to be bilingual i.e. Arabic/English/French
application.
I Have attatched a zip file with all the required features for the portal there is 23 word documents in the file with specific details.

Deliverables :
We are looking for a programmer/programmers to develop an ASP.net sports portal which must be bilingual and secure, efficient and easy to manage and maintain.

Ownership :
Our company will own the source code of the project.

Support :
We require technical support and assistance if the urgency requires and maintenance support every 2-3 months aside from the security issues.
