The Six Sigma Program
Management Office facilitates the creation of new
value for IRI and its customers by managing the
development of new or improved products,
processes, and services. The SSPMO is a group of
professionals skilled in Six Sigma, Project
Management, business strategy, and technology, who
lead the translation of business needs into the
best solution and its implementation.
A
short summary of Project Manager Accountabilities
include:
-Lead high profile, cross
functional projects applying appropriate use of
Six Sigma and Project Management tools for project
goal achievement.
-Conduct detailed data
analysis supporting team improvement efforts and
decisions.
-Ensure bottom line results with
expense reduction and revenue
enhancement.
-Partner with project sponsor and
key stakeholders to develop and implement project
strategy.
-Act as mentor to junior team members
and actively participate in recruiting,
interviewing, orienting new hires.
Requirements: -Demonstrated leadership, communication,
negotiation, and influencing skills across
organization.
-Experience in a dynamic
environment requiring flexibility and ability to
manage changing priorities.
-5+ years of
relevant Project Management experience, software
development experience. -Six Sigma Black Belt
certification preferred.
-Project Management
methodologies and tools.
-Process development
methodologies and tools.
-Previous Six Sigma
Project Management.
-4+ years of Consumer
Packaged Good (CPG) preferred.
-Statistics -
SPC, ANOVA, DOE, Regression
analysis.
-Financial and budget
management.
-Understanding of SDLC and current
industry technologies.
