Responsibilities:
-Develop and lead test strategy creation and implementation for large projects
-Provide technical leadership/supervision of the creation, design, execution, documentation and maintenance of test plans/procedures and expected results consistent with change control procedures for automated and manual testing
-Lead analysis of test results and communication of findings/recommendations to project team members for defect issue and problem resolution
-Lead test automation tool implementation and deployment in close coordination with test automation staff
-Lead the planning and implementation of automated testing for key projects as required
-Execute Manual and Automated Test Cases
-Review requirements and provide feedback on testability and consistency
Requirements: -6+ years software testing

-Analysis and problem solving
skills
-Project management experience in a
software environment
-QA Testing: creation,
design, execution, and documentation of test
strategy for one or more
projects
-Implementation and promotion of
industry standard test methodologies
-Testing
traceability matrices
-Working knowledge of
test tools, automation and platform
technologies
-4 year degree or equivalent work
experience.
