with a strong Fixed Income & Derivatives
background. Our client is willing to pay for

Responsibilities:
Project lead for
Fixed Income and Derivatives Trading
Technology Group. Responsible for hands-on
design and
development of specific projects
working in close
collaboration with other
development teams in a dynamic, fast
paced
trading floor development environment.
The
system currently supports a wide range of cash and
derivatives products and written primarily in
Java and C plus
plus. We are looking to extend
the system with additional cash
and
derivatives products and additional risk
management
capabilities. The group`s main
focus will be on development of
front and
middle office
functionalities.
Requirements:
Must have
extensive financial system development
experience, strong technical background, good
communication skills, strong project
leadership skills and be
able to face off with
the traders and marketers. Able to work in
a
fast paced, collaborative, team based
environment.
Required skills: Extensive
financial system experience,
understanding of
cash and/or derivatives products, Java, C/
C++,
SQL, Unix, NT, project leadership, strong software
design and analysis, distributed, multi-tiered
architecture.
Understanding of option analytic
models a plus.
