Thomas M. Cagley Jr is Vice President and Director, Software Process
Improvement and Measurement at David Consulting Group, USA.

He maintains a web site (www.spamcast.net) in which he makes available
a number of Pod Casts on matters of Software Process and Measurement.

He interviewed me on Software Estimation and released Part 1 of a two
