I am working on a fleet management software application. One of the
things I'm looking to do is to preload the major automakers' suggested
maintenance, TSBs and recalls (similiar to tools you find on
edmunds.com).

I'm having a hard time finding a company or resources (like a web
service) which provides this data in aggregate. I've contacted
edmunds.com and they unfortunately do not offer a web service (for
subscription or otherwise). I have looked at Chiltons and Mitchell1
but they are more oriented around parts and labor.

Does anyone have experience with this and know where I might start to
look for either a web service or database?

Activant was the best vendor I interviewed. I also looked at
Vincentric and Childers. My company hasn't decided which one to go
with yet - but if it was up to me Activant has the best product right
now.
