Chain.NET (a.k.a. NChain) library (0.1-beta) has been just released.

Chain.NET (a.k.a. NChain) is a ready-to-use, generic implementation of
the "Chain of Responsibility" (CoR) design pattern for .NET nad Mono
platforms. Inspired by Jakarta Commons Chain library.
