1-Hi, at your price of $45.91, is this a full install version and not an upgrade? Also will I get the activation/registration key or what?
All software is full version, no upgrades or student versions. Serials, keys or activation codes are provided if not crack/patches are.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping takes from 7 to 14 days depending on country of destination. Some orders take up to 3 w s.
Can I get software in german language?
Not possible, all software is only in ENGLISH!
What do I get when I order something from you?
You get the CD(s) with the software in an envelope. You also get the activation key, serial number or CD key necessary to activate the software. In some cases CRACK file is provided.
Where does this software come from?
The software is shipped from Europe.
My order was recieved broken in half? Can you reissue a disk?
Disk will be replaced without extra cost.
Can you provide a tracking number for the package ?
The orders are shipped by means of International Airmail.
Unfortunately, this postal service does not provide the customers with any tracking information.
I ordered software over 1 w ago and I have recieved no notice of it ever being shipped and I still dont have it.
Software is shipped 1-3 days after you pay for it, we do not send any further notices after you pay, you'll just receive you CC payment receipt.
I wish to buy ArchiCAD 9.0 But this software requires a dongle.
Normal version does but any of the software from us doesnt require dongle key or anything like this. Crack/patch is included instead of it.
Can I work with this programs without any law problems ?
Yes if you use it from home, but it's forbiden to use any of the software in companies or for comercial use!
Where do I get technical support?
We do not provide technical support. You can find the necessary information on the installation in the program files (usually called “Read me”, FAQ or “Help”)
what is the difference between the downloadable versions and the shipped CDs? are the downloaded files cd images?
80% of downloads are IMAGE FILES of CD's. They need to be burned after downloaing to CD using CD burning software (Nero).
Have ordered 8 programs but they all came on 1DVD, why?!
To reduce size of the package and also chance of package beeing taken by customs or seized cause of the number of CD's we compile biger orders on DVD's.
How is the Vectorworks 11 CAD sofware able to operate without a USB dongle?
Serial number provided is enought, no dongle required....same thing with any other software that usualy requires dongle key. |
