| If you don't have a recent backup, then yes. If your only two problems
are the ones you mention (Google groups and My Space), then it's
probably not worth it to you to completely reinstall your PC. You
should always make backups before you install anything new (if you
don't have a recent one) and then after the new application is
installed and stable. The first one is your insurance policy in case
something goes wrong during the installation of the new app. Sometimes
the PC will get hozed when you try to uninstall it because it will
remove stuff that you needed. The second one is your new backup for
going forward.
