Hi,

Is there any model by which SQA (Process) who sit offshore and monitor
the qualityof implementation process of product (onsite) are always
cost to the company or can they be billed to the client as well.

Mycompany is treating as a cost.. while i understand that few
companies also bill SQA to the client, as they are attached to the
project.

Please helpme...

Regards

If you are billing client for T&M, it should of course be billed to
the client.

If you are billing client fixed cost for features completed, then lots
of things will be hidden.

I was with a shop once where project management was NOT billed to the
client, at client's request/demand. We were not allowed to plan the
PM's time on the Gantt charts or anything. That was pretty funny.
