OOPSLA's coming up, during the last w

of October. It's in Portland
this year. Check out www.oopsla.org for full details and registration,
but especially note that
http://www.oopsla.org/2006/program/topics/agile.html has a listing of
all the agile-related events. There's a lot of classic stuff here,
along with cutting edge topics (like refactoring databases).
OOPSLA's been an incubator for agile technology for years, and it looks
like this year's no exception.
