We are pleased to announce this insightful presentation on first-hand
insight into software-related accidents including lessons learned.

There are many systems that have the ability to kill or seriously injure if
they are improperly designed. Many of these depend on the proper
functioning of software to prevent catastrophe.

The presentation is based on 5 forensic analyses and includes one of the
most famous in history.

This free presentation is scheduled for November 29 at 7:00PM in
Williamsburg, Virginia.
