Briefly, one good point is the focus on keeping stakeholders in the loop ...

.... and one bad point is someone could hear this lecture and then :

- work for a w

compiling requirements
- work for a quarter attempting to program _all_ of them
- delay major trouble until the very end

I know you aren't saying that. But the value of shipping working code every
Friday must be above the fold!
