Booch's Software Architecture Handbook?

Some years ago I found < http://www.booch.com/architecture/index.jsp >
and have been checking on it now and again. Yet, with years gone by,
there seems to be no progress to the handbook. Booch continues to post
random information to the blog, but the handbook itself has not been
added to. Does anyone have any information about this project? Has it
stalled or halted?
