I wanna change filenames

Hi! I used to use Total Commander to change a lot of filenames in few
clicks. But now, my problem is much difficult. I dont know if Total
Commander can do this. I've got about 40 folders, and few files in each of
them. They have similar names, so I could change it in total commander by
typing a matrix, but I want to change this filenames in each folder, by one
action. It's hard to open each folder and change the matrix of the
filenames. I want to use one matrix to all files, in all folders. I hope u
know what I mean ;) Could you recommend me a good program?
