Hi folks,

I have a few questions related to Use Case Points....can't seem to
track down the answers in the availabile literature.

Q1: What do use case points include? Development effort only, or does
it factor in Project Management, Config Management, Testing etc.?

Q2: In the EF folmula (EF = 1.4 + (-0.03 x EFactor) , where did the
constant and weight come from?

Q3: In the TCF folmula (TCF = 0.6 + (0.01 x TFactor) , where did the
constant and weight come from?

Q4: When determining UC type, the guidance suggests a transaction is
defined as an atomic set of activities that is performed entirely or
not at all. Is there a clearer definition around? Is a transaction a
step in a flow or the flow itself?

Thanks in advance.
